“This collaboration will facilitate easy and convenient access for tourists and the general public through a unified ticketing solution covering metro travel and monument entry,” DMRC announced on social media platform X.

The initiative extends beyond ticketing convenience, encompassing a broader cultural preservation strategy. Key features include:

– QR-based ticketing system for seamless entry

– Joint promotional campaigns highlighting Delhi’s heritage

– Coordinated events to boost cultural tourism

– Digital platform integration for enhanced visitor experience

This public-private collaboration marks a significant step in modernizing Delhi’s tourism infrastructure, making it more accessible to both domestic and international visitors. The partnership aims to streamline the tourist experience while promoting awareness of Delhi’s rich architectural and historical heritage.
