In a recent revelation, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Chairman S Somanath shared how NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) experts expressed a keen interest in India’s space technology after closely observing the development of Chandrayaan-3. Somanath, addressing students at an event organized by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam’s Foundation in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu, revealed the interaction between ISRO and NASA-JPL experts. He explained that NASA experts were invited to ISRO headquarters to learn about Chandrayaan-3 before its successful lunar landing on August 23. The US space experts praised India’s scientific instruments for being cost-effective and high-tech.
