Rahul Gandhi’s Optimism for State Elections

State Elections: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi voiced his confidence in the party’s performance in the upcoming Assembly elections. He stated that Congress is “certainly winning” in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. And “probably winning” in Telangana.

Gandhi also predicted a close contest in Rajasthan. He further expressed the party’s belief that they would emerge victorious in the state. He noted that even the BJP internally acknowledges a tough fight in Rajasthan.

Congress Controlling the Narrative

Rahul Gandhi attributed his confidence to the Congress’ strategy of controlling the narrative in these elections. He said, “The BJP wins elections by distracting and not allowing us to construct our narrative, and so we fought the polls constructing our party’s narrative.”

Gandhi went a step further by asserting that the BJP is “in for a surprise” in the 2024 general elections. He stated, “The BJP is in for a surprise.”
