The case emerged when the victim, an eighth-grade student, complained of stomach pain at school. Her mother took her to a nearby hospital, where doctors confirmed the pregnancy during examination.
According to police reports, the suspect allegedly assaulted his sister on two occasions when their parents, both daily wage labourers, were away at work.
