BTS To Chronicle 10-Year Journey In New Disney+ Docuseries

Global K-pop sensation BTS has announced an original docuseries chronicling their groundbreaking 10-year career. Titled “BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star,” the series will premiere exclusively on Disney+ in December 2023 and January 2024.

Across 8 episodes, the 7 members – RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook – will candidly reflect on their meteoric rise to fame. Spanning a decade from their 2013 debut to superstardom today, it promises a raw, introspective look at BTS’ incredible journey.

A newly released teaser video shows the group gathered in emotional conversation, hinting at personal stories from their years together. Disney+ also revealed the release schedule – 2 episodes will air every week starting December 20th through January 10th, 2024.

The timely announcement comes as BTS celebrates its 10th debut anniversary this year. It also coincides with members Jin, J-Hope, and Suga beginning their mandatory military service in South Korea, putting group activities on hold.

While the trio serve out their duties, the docuseries will tide fans over the hiatus. It offers a unique glimpse of BTS beyond the spotlight as they reflect honestly on their stellar success, challenges overcome, and unbreakable brotherhood. Dominating global pop culture today, BTS’ poignant words will surely resonate with millions of fans worldwide.
