Bollywood and South Indian cinema stars Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are set to tie the knot on December 4 in an elaborate traditional ceremony that promises to be a deeply cultural celebration.

The wedding will follow traditional Telugu Brahmin rituals, with a ceremony expected to span over eight hours. “It’s going to be more than 8-hour long wedding rituals according to the Telugu Brahmin traditions,” a source close to the actress revealed, emphasizing the couple’s commitment to cultural authenticity.

Naga Chaitanya’s father, actor Nagarjuna, provided insights into the wedding’s intimate nature. “Chaitanya didn’t want a big wedding; he and Sobhita both preferred a gathering of close family and friends,” he shared. Nagarjuna praised the couple’s approach, noting their desire to personalize the event while respecting traditional customs.

Wedding attire details have also emerged, highlighting the couple’s attention to cultural details. Sobhita is set to wear a beautiful Kanjivaram silk saree with real gold zari, personally selected while shopping with her mother. She’s also acquiring a traditional white khadi saree from Ponduru, Andhra Pradesh, with a matching set for Chaitanya.

“Sobhita is personally involved in every detail, adding a special and heartfelt touch to her big day,” the source added, underlining the couple’s hands-on approach to their wedding preparations.

The wedding promises to be a blend of tradition, intimacy, and personal touch, reflecting the couple’s shared values and cultural heritage.
