French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton has launched opulent wireless earphones priced at a staggering $1,660 (Rs 1.38 lakhs) – more than even the latest iPhone 15.

Dubbed the Horizon Light Up earphones, they come in five gradient color variants and feature Louis Vuitton’s iconic ‘flower’ monogram pattern covered by a polished sapphire layer on the curved aluminum casing.

The sleek stainless steel charging case displays the LV name engraving and includes a black glass lid with an LED light ring emanating a connected monogram animation in grey tones.

For mobility, there is a lightweight travel pouch that can easily attach to belts or bags. The charging case itself doubles up as a captivating color-changing battery level indicator.

Beyond just style, the earphones boast premium specifications like Bluetooth Multipoint to simultaneously connect two devices, along with active noise cancellation and built-in microphones for clear calls.

Battery life is rated at 28 hours for an uninterrupted luxury listening experience. A custom travel case for storage and portability also comes included.

While Louis Vuitton has kept exact audio hardware details under wraps, the Horizon Light Up earphones are positioned to signify a new era of cutting-edge and creative wireless audio combined with the brand’s signature aesthetics.

Priced more steeply than leading high-end earphones, phones, and other gadgets, they target ultra-wealthy individuals who want to flaunt both tech and style statements.
