  • The app’s promoters, Sourabh Chandrakar and Ravi Uppal, are based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, and operate from Dubai.
  • They run multiple such apps and allegedly made around ₹200 crore per day.

Large Expenditures in India

  • The Mahadev app promoters conduct significant cash expenditures in India to advertise betting websites and attract new users.
  • Last month, assets worth ₹417 crore were seized during raids at various locations in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bhopal.
