Are wearing ‘masks’ a shield against Pollution?

A Balanced Approach to Wear Masks

While masks can be a valuable tool in reducing exposure to air pollution, they should be used in conjunction with other preventive measures. These include:

  • Using Air Purifiers: Improve indoor air quality with air purifiers.
  • Regular Health Check-ups: Monitor your respiratory health and consult with a healthcare professional.

By understanding the limitations of masks and combining them with other protective measures, we can better safeguard our health in the face of air pollution.
