According to production house Red Chillies Entertainment, ‘Dunki’ has amassed over Rs. 305 crore at the global box office within just 7 days of its release. This is a remarkable achievement for a standalone Hindi film.

When quizzed by a fan during a recent #AskSRK session on which 2023 film – ‘Pathaan’, ‘Jawan’ or ‘Dunki’ – was most creatively satisfying for him, Shah Rukh answered ‘Dunki’ owing to the varied emotions his character gets to portray.

Also starring Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, Vicky Kaushal, and others, ‘Dunki’ chronicles the journey of two friends played by SRK and Kaushal, as emotional upheavals test their bond against the backdrop of immigration.
